這首收錄在 Patrick Bruel 在 2018 年發行的專輯《Ce soir on sort...今晚出去》中，也是主打歌曲之一。很喜歡這首熱血的曲風搭配超級正能量的歌詞，相信如果正處於徬徨之中應該會被歌詞所鼓勵吧。
